What’s good, everyone? I’m Robert Gunderson, the Flipping Fast Dad, and my story is all about grit, growth, and grabbing life by the horns. I’m just an average guy who refused to settle—if I can rise above challenges, so can you. Back in my college days as a football and track decathlete, I flew over hurdles and threw my body into harms way, feeling invincible, fueled by the roar of competition and the bond of teammates. But glory came at a cost: injuries shadowed every triumph—back strains from pushing too hard, broken bones from battling giants on the field, and nagging aches in my knees, shoulders, and neck.
